While CodeBru has the capacity to offer support on an ad-hoc basis, several clients opt for monthly support packages billed at a fixed rate. A 30 minute task minimum is required, which falls below the industry standard of 2 hours minimum. The majority of tasks are completed within a 24 hour period.
