Several of our clients opt for monthly support and maintenance services billed at a fixed rate. A 30 minute task minimum is required, which falls below the industry standard of 2 hours minimum. The majority of tasks are completed within a 24 hour period.
Each of our listed services are also offered on ad-hoc basis. Using a simple time-ticketing system powered by Zendesk, your requests are managed by our Support Team.

Unlimited CMS upgrades
When a CMS security update is issued, an automatic ticket is created and sent to our support team to complete the update. The update will be made within the same business day, while critical security updates are made within hours.

When server, plugin, and theme updates are issued an automatic ticket is created and sent to our support team to complete. The update will be made within the same business day.
Monthly security scans
Following any security updates, a proprietary scan of each website and its pages occurs to detect any errors (broken links, missing tags, etc.) The scan produces a CSV file that is made available to each client for review.
Detailed notes for every task
Notes made by our team are available upon the completion of each task. These notes are reflected on each monthly invoice to ensure transparency of the work that occured.
Phone & email support
Our team is available from Monday to Friday during regular business hours for support via phone call or email from Pacific to Atlantic time zones.
Access to emergency ticketing system
CodeBru employs specific procedures for emergency support. Simply email or text our support team for assistance with your request and your ticket will be prioritized in the queue.
Website uptime monitoring
In the event that a website appears unresponsive by our monitoring system, an emergency ticket will be generated automatically.
